beginning her 17 year innovation career at Unilever, Sarah has held senior marketing positions on both the client
and agency side. Her most recent role as Director of Skin Care Innovation for Unilever included responsibilities for
Global Dove Innovation.

and L’Oreal, both in Asia and the US.

leadership positions at Kraft Foods. Her consulting experience includes research, innovation and strategic plans in

||Michael Harman is an International Management Expert, with 16 years’ experience in Strategy, Finance,
Operations, and Supply Chain Management. Michael's expertise has centered on leveraging technology in new
product development and operational efficiencies. He graduated from Duke Engineering and began his career in
the US Marine Corps. Michael holds an MBA from Georgetown University and an MSE from Stanford University,
and held internationally assignments with Boston Consulting Group, Honda, and Daimler.
